The Japan-India Industry Promotion Association (JIIPA), with the support and cooperation of the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, and the Embassy of India in Japan, will hold the 18th India Trend Fair Tokyo 2026 for three days, from Wednesday, July 29 to Friday, July 31, 2026, at Sankaku Hiroba, Shinjuku Sumitomo Building.
The 18th edition of the fair will gather products from around 200 carefully selected exhibitors from every corner of India. Highlights include eco-friendly “ethical” products and lineups that fuse India’s IT technology with time-honored craftsmanship. Visitors will also find sustainable products made with natural materials such as organic cotton and organic silk, products incorporating recycled materials and technologies, and high-quality handmade items preserving traditional techniques such as handloom weaving and hand dyeing.
With tariffs on textile items eliminated under the Japan-India EPA, India is attracting growing attention as a sourcing and production base. Please take this opportunity to see and touch the proud products of each exhibitor. We sincerely look forward to your visit.
