Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions set forth the conditions for admission, rights, obligations, and other necessary matters for corporate members based on the articles of incorporation of the NPO Japan-India Industry Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Corporation").
Article 2 (Definition of Corporate Members)
Corporate members refer to corporations that agree with the purpose of the Corporation and have joined through prescribed procedures.
Article 5 (Rights)
Corporate members have the following rights:
- Participation in activities and events organized by the Corporation
- Receipt of information provided by the Corporation
Article 6 (Obligations)
Corporate members have the following obligations:
- To comply with these terms and conditions of the Corporation
- To cooperate with the Corporation's activities and share social responsibility
- To pay the prescribed membership fees within the due date
Article 8 (Expulsion)
Corporate members may be expelled by resolution of the board of directors if they fall under any of the following:
- When membership fees are in arrears for two or more periods
- When there are acts that significantly damage the honor of the Corporation
- When there are other significant violations of these terms and conditions
Article 9 (Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
Amendments to these terms and conditions shall be made through resolution of the board of directors. Corporate members shall be notified of the amended terms and conditions.
Article 10 (Other Matters)
For matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions, the articles of incorporation of the Corporation and related laws and regulations shall apply.
